The program comes with own sequencer engine that handles import and export of MIDI files (Type0 and Type1). A lot of time and efforts invested in development of the engine resulted in excellent processing speeds and outstanding quality results, thanks to unique algorithms used. MidToMid offers batch conversion options and command line support, which are two essential features for “heavy” users, like record studios, sound engineers, radio stations and professional musicians. MidToMid’s interface is very simple and straightforward. On the left hand side there is a file tree that allows users to select files and folders to be processed. Then, there is output format and output folder boxes. Naturally, there are playback and sound volume controls, as well as advanced settings for professional users. That’s it.
